It is 4 years since healthcare professionals and technologic experts met within the framework of the first International Symposium on Neurorehabilitation. During the meeting, we were able to discern the future lines in different fields such as neuroimaging, robotics, or virtual rehabilitation, and now those guidelines are part of our present.

We believe that it is time to share again our experiences and look at the future from a new observatory, the ICRAN 2013, which will repeat the same formula for success that led us to create an open and dynamic forum that includes conferences of the most well-known figures debates, oral communications and poster presentations.
