Trauma cerrado de cuello. Caso Clinico 2.
Las perdidas se restituyen con soluciones cristaloides y coloides según necesidades.
Se estimaron perdidas sanguíneas de 700 ml, no siendo necesaria la reposición con hemoderivados.
Al terminar la intervención es trasladado al servicio de Recuperación Anestésica, donde se recupera satisfactoriamente, siendo trasladado al Servicio de Cuidados Intensivos hasta su alta definitiva del centro.
