      PENDIENTES COMPLEMENTARIOS EVOLUTIVOS DE 2do PULSO.
     
BIOPSIA RENAL(No 2100-2006):  2 Cilindros de tejido Renal con mas de 30 glomérulos y 4 arterias, los glomérulos muestran de forma difusa y global aumento de la celularidad ligera con marcado engrosamiento de la membrana basal, la que se encuentra duplicada en varias asas capilares, se destaca la presencia de depósitos fushinopilar intramembranosos y mesangiales abundantes entre los glomérulos, existe atrofia tubular y fibrosis insterticial entre el 1 y 25 % de la muestra, se destaca la presencia de Hialinosis Arteriolar Nodular.

ID: -Glomerulonefritis Membrana Proliferativa.
      -Nefropatia Crónica del Aloingerto Grado 1ª.
