CONCLUSIONES:

- La estabilización precoz, la reducción cerrada de la fractura y la fijación con clavo bloqueado retrógrado es un método ideal de tratamiento de las lesiones complejas del miembro inferior.

- Seguiremos mejorando nuestra curva de entrenamiento en la utilización de los clavos bloqueados retrógrados en fémur.
