Tratamiento del infarto agudo del miocardio con heberkinasa recombinante, sulfato de magnesio y gluc
2-. La hipotensión arterial, las arritmias, los temblores y las reacciones alérgicas fueron las principales reacciones adversas que presentaron los pacientes tratados con fibrinolíticos con o sin Solución de Glucosa-Insulina-Potasio, encontrándose la hipoglucemia solo en el grupo IMA-T-GIK. Mientras que la sensación de calor, náuseas, sudoresis y debilidad general fueron mayoritarios en los enfermos tratados con Sulfato de Magnesio, no demostrándose relación causal con la letalidad.
3-. Hay un predominio de la letalidad y otras complicaciones cardiovasculares durante la fase aguda del infarto; en este sentido la terapia con Heberquinasa-GIK redujo la letalidad de la serie, siendo menor cuando fue administrada precozmente.
4-. En los pacientes tratados con magnesio fueron menos las complicaciones y la letalidad que el grupo de infartados sin tratamiento trombolítico
Recomendaciones
1-. Se recomienda el uso de Solución Glucosa-Insulina-Potasio asociado al tratamiento con Heberquinasa Recombinante Cubana en los pacientes con Infarto Agudo del Miocardio.
2-. En los pacientes con IMA sin criterio de trombolisis recomendamos el uso de Infusión de Sulfato de Magnesio.
